SteriPad perforated separator pads
for industrial autoclaves

Used as dividers of products' layers while sterilization process in autoclaves.
SteriPad is made of thermally stabilized thermoplastics’ sheets, designed specifically for autoclaving processes
According to laboratory tests:
7000 hours is the time of thermal aging of this material at 135 ° C, the standard autoclaving temperature. This is more than 3 times higher than for layer pads, made of standard, non-modified thermoplastics.
Our company produces perforated pads for autoclaving according [to] customers’ specifications, of any shape, size and perforation pattern.

Now SteriPad perforated pads for autoclaving are used [by] more than 50 large canning plants in Russia and CIS countries.
